2017 Flamboyance Languedoc-la-Clape Rosé

Once an island in the Mediterranean Sea, the appellation of La Clape is home to many brightly colored species of birds, including the flamingo. This pretty pink rose is named for the descriptive word that characterizes a group of flamingos — a flamboyance. With juicy, fresh fruit flavors of peach and strawberry on the palate, this delightful wine is lovely to sip on its own, although it would also make a delicious accompaniment for fresh salmon or tuna
