2014 When Wolves Attack Paso Robles Merlot

Fresh, fruity and approachable, this wine shows bright flavors of cassis, dark cherry and berry compote, with a subtle accent of cocoa powder. On the palate those flavors combine into darker, richer characters, making the wine medium-bodied without being overpowering. Nicely balanced with a smooth texture, the wine is pleasantly versatile and will make a great pairing for everything from pasta dishes to burgers to chicken.
