This medium-bodied wine features dried cherry, leather, dried herbs, red plum characters and a cranberry-like acidity. Drink it on its own or pair it with a hearty Italian dish like pasta Bolognese. The wine is even light enough on its feet for seafood pasta with a red sauce.
