The '07 vintage of the Astrale e Terra Estate Cabernet Sauvignon is highly approachable and elegantly crafted, it is perfect for any occasion. This extremely limited production wine opens with aromas of black Cherry, red licorice and eucalyptus, then is layered with clove and spice characteristics. On the creamy palate, the dense dark berry is accompanied by tobacco and a hint of bay leaf. Hints of spice and dusty earth linger on the long and luxurious finish.
