Winemaker Notes
• Whole cluster pressed, barrel fermented in neutral oak barrels
• Cooperage: 14 months
• 2010 presented some farming challenges. A very late spring brought late rains preventing entry into the fields and slowing early season vine growth. A heat spike in the middle of summer helped the vines catch up. The results were very small yields and small berries that led to concentrated fruit flavors in the wine.
