The bouquet is rich with aromas of peach, apricot, and honeydew melon with a mineral, wet stone nuance. The first sip reveals tropical flavors of kiwi, mandarin orange and ripe papaya balanced with bright grapefruit. The finish is clean with a slight hint of vanilla lingering across the palate. The bright mineral and citrus flavors of this wine merits serving it slightly warmer than the 48°F – 54°F temperature considered the norm for Sauvignon Blanc.

The '10 vintage is a combination of fruit harvested from the Rawls Vineyard located in Calistoga and Rutherford’s Dalla Gasperina Vineyard. Both sites experience hot days and cool nights during the growing season, giving the wine lush tropical flavors balanced with bright acidity and mineral notes.
