2008 Summers "Villa Andriana" Napa Valley Charbono
One 750ml bottle
These Charbono grapes are estate-grown on the Summers’ Villa Andriana Vineyard in Calistoga in deep, loamy, volcanic soil. A rare varietal, Charbono is thought to have originated between the borders of southeastern France and northwestern Italy. Now only found growing in less than 100 acres of California, Charbono thrives in the northern end of the Napa Valley. This is a lovely wine of bold color and bright fruit.
