2009 David Girard "Viognier-Roussanne" El Dorado White Blend
One 750ml bottle
Grown on David Girard’s Estate Vineyard near Placerville in California’s Gold Country, this pairing of white Rhône varietals Viognier and Roussanne is always gorgeous. It boasts multifaceted aromatics of honeysuckle, apricots, cinnamon, pineapple, and pear. Neutral barrel fermented, the wine has a wonderful viscosity that leaves your mouth craving another sip. The finish is everlasting and perfectly soft.
