This 20-year old vineyard is just down the road from Armida’s winery, located on benchland along Westside Road within the fog belt of the Russian River Valley. The vines are an old Wente field selection, which showcases rich strawberry rhubarb and bright cherry aromas. The mouthfeel is lush, with hints of vanilla and brown spices. Sweet oak, raspberry, cherry, mushroom and strawberry flavors linger on the long palate.
