2008 Papapietro Perry Leras Family Vineyards Russian River Valley Pinot Noir
One 750ml bottle
The Leras Family Vineyard, located in the heart of the Russian River Valley off Woolsey Road, is planted with Pommard clones that are approximately 13 years old, as well as newer vine clones 115, 667 and 777. This vineyard embodies earthiness and minerals, the signature of Pinot Noir grown in the Russian River Valley.
This tasty Pinot Noir shows medium ruby color with complex earthy red cherry aromas on the nose. It is rich, deep and complex with red cherry and earthy flavors with hints of tea and cola. Good structure of tannin and oak with balance all the way through the long finish. A bright, lush, delicious Pinot that is amazing to drink all by itself.
