With "The Big Easy," Fess Parker Winery pays homage to one of their favorite cities, New Orleans, a culinary mecca and great supporters of their wines. Primarily Syrah from Camp Four Vineyard, the blend now incorporates grapes from the Rodney’s, Mormann and Hampton Vineyards, including some Petite Sirah. Notes of blueberry, blackberry, smoked meat, lavender, and vanilla are found on the nose along with flavors of black cherry, blackberry compote, cinnamon and vanilla on the palate. This meaty, well-structured blend builds to a lengthy finish of dense chocolaty tannins.

Blueberry, blackberry, smoked meat, lavender, vanilla, black cherry, cinnamon
