2006 Michel-Schlumberger "La Cime" Dry Creek Valley Cabernet Sauvignon
One 750ml bottle
Every wine is different. Each vintage gives the winemaker an opportunity to showcase not only the growing season, but the growing area and vintage highlights, as well. This 2006 Cabernet Sauvignon is a great representative of this effort. Showing similarities to the 2005, this wine takes it own route to your glass with round-edged Cabernet Sauvignon qualities that jump from the bottle the minute the cork is popped. Perhaps that's a result of the Malbec and Cabernet Franc blended into this lovely wine.
