2007 Talley Rincon Vineyard Arroyo Grande Valley Pinot Noir

750ml wine bottle 750ml wine bottle

The 2007 year began with an unusually cold winter which prolonged dormancy. Bud break was very even and the remainder of the year hosted mild temperatures with one unusual heat spike in September. The yield was slightly below average in the Rincon Vineyard which produced grapes with concentrated, intense flavors.

The 2007 Rincon Vineyard Pinot Noir has a complex bouquet, rich with aromas of blackberries, cedar, mineral, anise, and vanilla bean. The mid-palate is layered with opulent flavors of black fruit, mineral, and a distinct earthiness that expresses the masculine attributes of the Rincon Vineyard.
