2004 Amista Morningsong Vineyards Dry Creek Valley Syrah
One 750ml bottle
The grapes for this award-winning Syrah were estate-grown from Morningsong Vineyards in Dry Creek Valley. This is a classic, muscular Syrah with aromas of black currant, vanilla and tobacco tones on the palate.
From Vicky and Mike: "Imagine our delight when we saw the announcement flash across the big screen at the Harvest Fair Awards night gala – “Amista 2004 Syrah – GOLD MEDAL”. Our first time entering the Harvest Fair, and our estate-grown Syrah took the Gold. This wine has aromas of roasted meat with a slight smokiness. The flavors are of hazelnut progressing to a dark cherry, dry finish."
