Amista Vineyards' dry Rosé wine is the ideal complement to summer -- bright, crisp, dry with spicy cassis and rhubarb flavors and nice acidity; drink chilled as an aperitif or with steamed mussels, grilled oysters, barbecued shrimp or Thanksgiving turkey. The 2007 vintage won a Silver Medal from the SF Chronicle.
