Laetitia Vineyard & Winery has long been known for its warm hospitality and generous community spirit. Located just off Highway 101 near the quaint village of Arroyo Grande, Laetitia offers tastings of Laetitia, Barnwood and NADIA wines at their beautiful hilltop visitor center that features commanding views of the vineyards, the Arroyo Grande Valley and the Pacific Ocean. 
 
Originally planted by French champagne producers Maison Deutz, Laetitia's vineyards are perfectly suited to grow world-class Pinot Noir and Chardonnay. In addition to bottling these Burgundian varietals as still wines, Laetitia continues on the tradition of making outstanding sparkling wines in the Champagne method. 
 
Laetitia believes firmly in preserving the beauty and bounty of their vineyard for future generations to enjoy. Their vineyard practices are sustainable and they continue to research and employ the best practices and technological advances to become ever more so. Embracing the best of both art and science, Laetitia makes wines they are eager and proud to share with their customers. 

• Founders: In 1982, French viticulturalists from the champagne house Maison Deutz searched California for a suitable site to begin growing and producing sparkling wines and settled on the vineyards that now comprise Laetitia.

• Name: Laetitia is named after the daughter of previous owner Jean-Claude Tarvidat. In Latin it means "Joy and Happiness."

• Labels: Laetitia is also the parent company of wine labels Barnwood and NADIA.
