Pine Ridge Winery

Pine Ridge Vineyards

Situated in the Stags Leap district in Napa Valley, Pine Ridge embraces three principles: pride of ownership, profound stewardship of the land, and a relentless dedication to quality.

Pine Ridge specializes in producing California wines that embody the unique characteristics of the Napa Valley appellations in which its 220 acres of estate vineyards are located. Since the Pine Ridge winery was founded in 1978, its old world traditions have been fused with innovative viticultural and winemaking practices to yield powerful yet balanced Bordeaux-style red wines and Chardonnays with classic aromas, rich textures and lingering flavors.

  • Harvest: Pine Ridge uses time-consuming techniques, such as night harvesting, crushproof transportation, cluster and berry sorting, and high temperature extended maceration to craft their world-class wines.
  • Caves: More than 4,600 French oak barrels lay in caves 130 feet below the vines.
  • Gallery: An on-site photo gallery, featuring the work of photographer Rod Dresser and writer Stefanie Marlis, records the provenance and crafting of Pine Ridge wines.
  • Green: Pine Ridge employs a range of sustainable farming techniques including goats to clear insect-harboring weeds.
  • Programs: Visitors to the Pine Ridge winery can enjoy daily wine tastings, food and wine pairing classes, cooking demonstrations, and dinners for corporate groups.
