Proud to be small and family-owned, two generations are active in management of the winery and the vineyards. Winemaker Jean-François Pellet is a third-generation winemaker and grape grower.

They produce wines of incredible quality at affordable price points from their sustainably-farmed estate vineyards – Les Collines, Goff, Seven Hills, and Pepper Bridge. They are committed not only to preserving, but also improving the land for future generations. 

  • Name: Amavi is a combination of the Latin root words "am" (love) and "vi" (life). They pronounce it “ahh muh vee.”
  • Legacy: Winemaker Jean-François Pellet is a third-generation Swiss winemaker and grape grower.
  • Commitment: Starting with the 2005 vintage, Amavi’s vines are 100% estate, 100% Certified Sustainable, and 100% Walla Walla Valley.
