Glen Carlou
Located in South Africa's Paarl region, the Glen Carlou Winery is known for its internationally acclaimed Chardonnay and Bordeaux varietals.
Established in 1985 by winemaker Walter Finlayson, Glen Carlou is located in the Paarl Valley region of South Africa, a world renowned viticultural area. The artisanal wines of Glen Carlou offer enjoyment to those who appreciate the finer pleasures in life. By harnessing the ripe, rich New World fruits that South Africa’s wonderful climate offers year after year, the winemaking team, led by Arco Laarman, has been able to make these classic wines accessible and flavorful at an early age.
At the base of the Simonsberg Mountains, Glen Carlou's vineyards are influenced by the unique weather of the Cape, where the Indian and Atlantic Oceans meet. Glen Carlou crafts wine to celebrate its uniquely South African characteristics.
