Next the 2008 Manchester Ridge from Mendocino Ridge brings the best of both Chardonnay worlds balancing rich tropical fruit with crisp acidity and lively aromatics. Finally, completing the full spectrum of Chard is the 2008 Lorenzo from Russian River Valley, a richly complex old vine Chardonnay representing the most California-styled of La Follette's offerings. 
 
Move on to red with La Follette's Pinot Noirs starting with the bright berry fruit of the 2008 Sangiacomo Sonoma Coast. The 2008 Van Der Kamp from Sonoma Mountain comes next with a stronger and more voluptuous palate. Finish with the luxurious 2008 Manchester Ridge Vineyard from Mendocino which has everything you could ever want in a Pinot Noir - it's equal parts fruit, meaty, smoky and earthy.
