Talley Wine Sampler
A TASTE of ... Talley Vineyards
Six Sensational Samples from California's Central Coast
Six (6) 50ml bottles
For Talley Vineyards, 2007 began with an unusually cold winter which prolonged dormancy. Bud break was very even and the remainder of the year hosted mild temperatures with one unusual heat spike in September. The harvest was relatively small but the quality of the fruit was exceptional, with concentrated, intense flavors.
Produced entirely from estate-grown grapes and hand-harvested in September and October 2007, these Talley wines were aged in barrels from the forests of Allier and Vosges. The result is a collection of Chardonnays and Pinot Noirs which are exceptionally rich, complex and well-balanced.
