Sommelier extraordinaire Rajat Parr has teamed with TastingRoom.com to present a signature sampler of wines from some of his favorite producers. As director of the award-winning wine program at the Michael Mina Restaurant Group, Parr presides over the wine lists at some of the country’s top restaurants like RN74, Bourbon Steak, and Michael Mina. His knowledge of wines and renowned tasting abilities make him an ideal guest curator for our celebrity sampler series. This sampler, the second in his series, is dedicated to Rajat Parr’s pursuit of balance. He chose these six wines for their balance of alcohol, acidity, freshness and fruit. 
 
Experience well-balanced wines at their best with the rich and complex Patz & Hall Chardonnay from Russian River, the vibrant Talley Pinot Noir from Arroyo Grande, the mature and complex Longoria Pinot Noir from Santa Rita Hills, the spicy and reserved Terre Rouge Syrah from Sierra Foothills, the fruit-forward Bugay Zinfandel from Sonoma County and the Amavi Cabernet Sauvignon from Walla Walla Washington.
