Where We Ship

We currently ship orders to addresses in Alaska, Arizona, California, Colorado, District of Columbia, Florida, Georgia, Hawaii, Idaho, Illinois, Iowa, Kansas, Louisiana, Maine, Maryland, Michigan, Minnesota, Missouri, Nebraska, Nevada, New Hampshire, New Mexico, New York, North Carolina, North Dakota, Oregon, South Carolina, Tennessee, Texas, Virginia, Washington, West Virginia, Wisconsin, Wyoming (we’re adding more states soon.) For some states, we are restricted as to the types of products we can ship. If you try to ship a restricted item to one of those states, we will alert you during checkout. While you can make a purchase on TastingRoom.com from anywhere (provided you’re 21 or older in the case of products containing alcohol), we can only ship to addresses within the states listed above. If you are interested in shipping to a state other than the ones listed above, please use the “Do we ship to your state?” widget at the top of the Home page. Enter your email address and we will notify you when we begin shipping to your state.

Where We Don’t Ship

Adult signature requirements on shipments of alcohol prohibit us from shipping to PO Boxes, APO, AFB or FPO addresses. Rural route box, highway or star route address will only be accepted with a phone number.

When We Ship

Orders are typically processed within 48 hours of normal business day receipt (Monday through Friday 8am - 5pm PT).    Orders received after 12noon PT are most likely shipped the next business day. Depending on the shipping method chosen, you can expect to receive your order between about 1-7 business days. Specifically, transit time (after we ship) for Standard Shipping is 1-7 business days (depending on where you live); 2-Day Shipping is two business days; and Next Day Shipping is one business day. For example, if you select 2-Day Shipping on a Thursday, your order would be shipped on Friday or Monday and you would receive it on Tuesday or Wednesday. Note that due to circumstances we may not be able to foresee or control (including extreme weather conditions), your shipment may be delayed.

To help ensure on-time and first-attempt delivery, we encourage the use of a business address (because an adult signature is required for shipments containing alcohol.)

Adult Signature Required

State law requires that you are at least 21 years of age to order or receive shipments from TastingRoom.com which contain alcohol. Each shipment containing alcohol is sent with an "Adult Signature Required" sticker, and our carriers are required to ask and check for age verification upon delivery. You may be asked for identification at time of delivery for this purpose. If we are unable to complete a delivery due to your inability to provide age verification, your shipment may be returned to us, and your credit card may be charged for the cost of the return shipping and handling.

Shipping Rates

We currently offer Standard, 2 Day, or Next Day Shipping for most orders. You can easily determine the shipping cost for any order at the beginning of the checkout process. We reserve the right to change shipping rates at any time.

Business Addresses Work Best

Because an adult signature is required for shipments containing alcohol, and to minimize the chance of temperature variations affecting your wine shipment, we strongly encourage the use of business addresses for your shipping destination.

Tracking your Order

You will receive two emails from TastingRoom.com: [1] Order Received, and [2] Order Shipped.

Please check your Order Shipped email (sent from the TastingRoom.com domain and titled “Your TastingRoom order was SHIPPED”) for your tracking number.

In addition, the My Account page lets you easily track the status of an existing order (you get a detailed history of your past orders too.) Just click on My Account at the top of any page on our site to see your Order History.

Delivery Problems and Returns

If you received products that were damaged during shipping, or if you received an incomplete or incorrect shipment, we are happy to assist you with a replacement order. Please contact us using the “Customer Support” link in the footer of any page on our site. Please keep in mind we may require you to hold on to your damaged or incorrect items, in the condition you received them (including the original packaging), so that we can process a damage claim or arrange for a return pick up.

If you are dissatisfied in any other way with your order, or wish to return an item for any reason, please contact us and we will try to correct the situation. Depending on the circumstances, and at our discretion, we may offer you a refund, a replacement item, or a discount or credit to be used on a future purchase at TastingRoom.com. In the event we do grant you a refund for a returned item, the cost of return shipping and handling may be deducted from the refund amount.
